|K.M. Fawcett was a born romantic. At six years old, she loved restaurants with “soft music and candles” where she could drink Shirley Temples and twirl on the dance floor. When she received A Knight In Shining Armor by Jude Deveraux for her eighteenth birthday, she fell in love…with the romance genre. ♥ Currently, K.M. writes sci-fi/ paranormal romances, and enjoys stories filled with adventure and kick-butt heroes and heroines. Her debut novel, Captive: Book 1 in the Survival Race Series, will be available from Grand Central Publishing’s digital imprint, Forever Yours, in June 2013. K.M. holds the ranks of 3rd degree black belt in Isshinryu karate and 2nd degree black belt in Ryu Kon Kai (Okinawan weapons). She and her husband own Tenchi Isshinryu Karate Dojo in NJ, where they teach karate, weapons and self-defense. |Rayna Vause loves to learn new things. Along her educational journey she earned a B.A. in English creative writing, and A.A.S in computer information systems and got part way through a degree in computer graphics before switching gears and earning a B.S. in vascular technologies. Though her educational path may have been long and winding, the one constant is her love of reading and writing romance novels. She has published a paranormal romantic suspense novel and has more stories that are currently looking for homes. While she may not be working towards another degree, she’s still feeding her need to learn by studying karate. With a little encouragement from a friend, she finally stepped onto the mat and has worked her way into a green belt.|
