More than a decade ago, Melinda Leigh left a career in banking to raise her children and never looked back. She holds a 2nd degree Black Belt in Kenpo Karate and studies Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. She’s also a certified women’s self defense instructor with the Fight Like A Girl program. When she’s not writing or practicing martial arts, Melinda lives in a chaotic house with her husband, two kids, and too many pets. www.melindaleighauthor.com |
Rayna Vause loves to learn new things. Along her educational journey she earned a B.A. in English creative writing, and A.A.S in computer information systems and got part way through a degree in computer graphics before switching gears and earning a B.S. in vascular technologies. Though her educational path may have been long and winding, the one constant is her love of reading and writing romance novels. She has published a paranormal romantic suspense novel and has more stories that are currently looking for homes. While she may not be working towards another degree, she’s still feeding her need to learn by studying karate. With a little encouragement from a friend, she finally stepped onto the mat and has worked her way into a green belt. |
